4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. A verified payment method must be linked to your account to make a withdrawal.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited amount. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or engaging in any other fraudulent activity for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, xajee reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and winnings and close the account.

5.4 Changes to Promotional Offers

xajee's VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

By playing regularly you can advance to higher VIP tiers. Cashback is credited to your account automatically every week. VIP benefits are at xajee's discretion and may change at any time.

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to hack or intrude into the platform's systems or software.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Threatening or behaving inappropriately toward other players or staff.
• Submitting false identity information or documents.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another person's account.
